Fast Development & Roll-out

Depending on the final scope, a typical implementation project takes 3-4 months for Spotcap to deliver the required solution including integrations to the internal systems from our bank partners. While the approach is agile, the program structure and governance is clearly defined with a steering committee, a PMO and several workstreams.
